Forging and rolling
ZOLLERN offers forged and rolled products made of copper and copper alloys. The preliminary material needed for forging is produced in-house. The high vertical range of manufacture at ZOLLERN guarantees a high quality and short lead times.

Individual component solutions
ZOLLERN offers individual component solutions and customer-specific castings from large series to individual pieces. We are development partners for our customers and one of the leading foundries in Europe with more than 1,000 employees in the casting business area.
Casting is a precision process. It offers tremendous freedom of design. The wide range of possible alloys makes economic solutions possible for the most varied of applications.
Pump Housing
Pump housing that is used primarily in seawater applications.
Among others as circulation pumps for live fish carriers, in bulk carriers as ballast pumps, on cruise ships in air conditioning systems as well as on container ships as cooling water pumps for the propulsion engine.
Housing for ballast water treatment
The multi-part welded construction consisting of several bushings, flanges and internal cylinders could be converted to a "monoblock" variant, i.e. cast in one part, thanks to innovative casting technology from ZOLLERN.
