We manufacture saftey related products such as oil mist detectors for 4-stroke engines, bearing monitoring system for 2-stroke engines, water in oil measuring systems for lube oil and stern tubes as well as safety systems for 4-stroke engines.
Furthermore we manufacture different kind of sensors for temperature, distance, angle, presssure and others.
Oil mist detector for 4-stroke engines
The device monitors the actual oil mist concentration and crankcase pressure. For each of the two measured values, a galvanic isolated analog signal output 4 ... 20 mA is available.
Bearing monitoring system for 2-stroke engines
Further, it monitors the temperature of the oil in different positions as well as the solved water content in the oil (Water in Oil Sensor). As an option the system offers a precise temperature observation of the cylinder liners.
Water in oil monitoring systems
Leaving behind basic measuring technology of free water in oil or emulsion, our system senses the absolute content of absorbed water in oil.
The Water in Oil Sensor FRG00035 physically detects the ‘water activity’ characterized by value AW.
