We have put together three different sets for emergency repairs and maintenance work on board ships. WEICON Marine Emergency Repair Kits consist of numerous products that can be used in a wide variety of cases. The kits cover most cases of emergency repairs and maintenance at sea. The repair kits differ in the scope of the products included. Repair Kit 1 covers the most common emergency and maintenance cases. Kit 3 is suitable for a wide range of applications on board. The repair kits are suitable for all vessels on which regular repair and maintenance work is carried out.
WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner
Cleans and degreases electrical or mechanical components
WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner is a special cleaner for the fast and effective cleaning and degreasing of all kinds of soiled or corroded contacts. It was specially developed for the cleaning of electronic and mechanical components. The special formula with high-purity solvents removes oxide/sulphide layers, combustion residues and resinous or sooty soiling. WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner reduces voltage loss and increases electric conductivity. Contamination that can cause surface leakage current is removed. WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner can be used on electrotechnical or mechanical components, such as electrical machines, measuring instruments, tools, balances, switches and sensors or electrical connections, contacts, relays and switchboards.
WEICON Flex+bond®
Highly elastic | strong | ISEGA-certified
WEICON Flex+bond is strong, permanently elastic, temperature-resistant from -40 °C to +90 °C (-40 °F to +194 °F), weather-resistant, resistant to UV rays, paintable (wet-on-wet), sandable and resistant to ageing and salt water. It is free of silicone, isocyanate, halogens and solvents. Flex+bond has an ISEGA certificate and can be used as an adhesive in the food technology. Flex+bond can be used to bond nearly all materials such as metal, wood, plastic, glass, and ceramics. WEICON Flex+bond can be used in many areas of industry.

WEICON Smoke Detector Test Spray can be used wherever photoelectric smoke detectors are installed – for example in industrial plants, public institutions or private households.
