With premium quality design, the new Kryosec refrigeration dryers from Kaeser Kompressoren deliver dependable drying performance in ambient temperatures up to +50 degrees Celsius – yet are highly efficient and exceptionally compact.

The new Kryosec series compressed air dryers from Kaeser Kompressoren provide dependable drying with minimal pressure differential even under the toughest of operating conditions. Their impressive performance is made possible not only through generously dimensioned heat exchanger and refrigerant liquefaction surfaces, but also by dedicated cooling air flow. These features, combined with low-maintenance design, ensure highly efficient operation.

Their high quality construction, compact design and exceptional reliability make them ideal for localised installation on any ship. With minimal space requirement and wall-mounting capability, Kryosec dryers are impressively versatile.

Compact powerhouses

Space on-board ships is always at a premium, which makes Kaeser’s new ESD rotary screw compressors ideal for marine use. Measuring only a metre wide with a footprint of 3.89 m², they are significantly more compact than equivalent conventional compressors.

With drive powers of 240, 310 and 390 kW and covering free air deliveries from 23.6 (1,414 m³/h) to 42.6 m³/min (2,556 m³/h). These versatile compressors are the ideal choice for a wide range of applications, such as nitrogen generation for example.

A major energy saving feature is the newly developed Sigma Control 2 compressor controller, with selectable 30 languages and full class certification.

ESD compressors owe their exceptional efficiency and performance to meticulous engineering and design, made in Germany.

Intelligent component layout means that all maintenance work can be carried out from one side of the unit. The ESD can therefore be installed along the ship’s side or against a bulkhead.

More efficient, more compact

Space on-board a ship is at a premium, which makes the new DSD 240 Marine from Kaeser Kompressoren the perfect choice for maritime compressed air applications. Measuring only 880 mm wide and with a footprint of just 2.71 m³, the DSD 240 Marine is significantly more compact than comparable conventional compressors in its performance class.

With an installed motor power of 158 kW, the DSD 240 Marine delivers a flow rate of 25.1 m³/min (1505 m³/h) at 8 bar.
